50 YEARS of PUNK from THE ZIPS . Pacing the floor at Punk’s birth in the 70s, releasing 2 singles, splitting up as it was overtaken by Ska and New Romantics in the 80s, and re-forming due to European bootleg interest in 2002, The Zips are determined to make up for lost time. With 5 CD EPs on their own Tenement Toons label, The Zips released their debut album, Guitars4Hire, in 2006 – 27 years after their debut single, The Zips ep, which was a fave of the late John Peel, and copies of which, now fetch up to $427 on eBay! Since then, The Zips have released 4 other albums,19 Forevva, Down With The Zips, HUH!?, and the band retrospective, Archive Fever (Now-2002 / 1980-1978). Along with regular appearances at Rebellion Festival, they have also played throughout Europe, including, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, and Portugal. As 2026 unfolds, The Zips will continue with promotion of Archive Fever, including appearances, at Punktoberfest in Dundee, and Morecambe Punk Festival. Divergent promotions presents by arrangement with Atonal Agency Car Bomb Originally formed on Long Island, New York in 2000, Car Bomb is a band whose style is marked by a highly experimental and extremely aggressive approach to metal. Their unpredictable blend of evolving polyrhythms, shifting tempos, syncopated down-tuned guitars, jazz-influenced drumming, harmonically deconstructive riffing, and dynamic vocals create a sound that is pulverizingly heavy and intensely disorienting. They create music that is fluid and ever changing, and are not afraid of veering off on bold melodic tangents. This unique sound combined with a strong DIY work ethic and a continuously growing fan base has earned them the opportunity to tour with larger acts in the genre. Car Bomb released their debut album Centralia on Relapse Records in 2007, and supported the record on US tours with High on Fire in 2008 and Gojira in 2009. They self-released their second album w^w^^w^w (pronounced “w-click-w” or “the waveform album”) in 2012. It featured guest vocals by Joseph Duplantier of Gojira, whom they’d again tour with later that year. In 2014, Car Bomb was invited to tour Europe for the first time, opening up for Meshuggah on their 25 th anniversary tour. Car Bomb released their third album Meta in the fall of 2016, which again feature Joseph Duplantier who this time also shared a co-production credit with Greg Kubacki. The album also features Frank Mullen of Suffocation and was mixed by Josh Wilbur (Korn, Megadeth, Lamb of God, Parkway Drive). The band kicked off the release with shows supporting Gojira and Tesseract as well as opening for The Dillinger Escape Plan on their farewell US tour. In early 2017, Car Bomb headed back to Europe/UK opening up for Gojira. The band then headlined their own European tour in September before returning to the US in October to support Animals as Leaders and Periphery. The band is currently headquartered at Silvercord Studios in Brooklyn, New York.

ELVANA - THE WORLD'S FINEST ELVIS FRONTED TRIBUTE TO NIRVANA! From somewhere deep in the bowels of Disgraceland, the King of Rock & Roll steps out of the afterlife, plugs in, and takes the mic for the band that changed the ’90s forever. Elvis fronts Nirvana. No compromise. Just pure, electrified chaos. Blending the swagger of rockabilly with the raw punch of grunge, Elvana rips through Nirvana’s catalogue while smashing it together with the finest moments of Elvis Presley’s legacy. Expect overdriven riffs, hip-shaking grooves, loud guitars, louder screams, and the kind of mash-ups that feel wrong until they feel absolutely perfect. It smells like cheeseburgers and teen spirit, daddy-o. Described as “Bafflingly Brilliant” by The Guardian, “Absolutely f**king epic” by NME, and “The only band worth getting excited about this year” by Vice, Elvana have built a reputation as one of the wildest live experiences on the planet. Even Billy Idol joked that if Elvis were still around, he’d probably be covering Nirvana anyway. Two icons. One stage. Zero rules. If you haven’t seen Elvana yet, you’re missing out.If you have, you already know… and you’re probably checking tour dates right now. Stupid and contagious. In the absolute best way. 🎸🔥👑 AGE RESTRICTION: 14+ Only, Under 18s accompanied by an adult

Boisdale, Canary Wharf · London
Dinner & Table Reservations from 5pm. DJs from 7pm-2am Boisdale has Jools Holland as Patron of Music, a live programme that runs seven nights a week and a NEXO sound system installed because the music demands it. Mi-Soul Radio has Gordon Mac MBE, Kiss FM in its DNA and thirty years of soul, house and R&B running through everything it does. On Friday nights the two come together on the first floor and the result is exactly what you would hope for. The selectors rotate through the Mi-Soul roster each week, which keeps the sets fresh without ever dropping the standard. Deep soulful house one Friday, classic R&B the next, but always played by someone who has a genuine relationship with the music rather than a playlist and a laptop. Start on the heated terrace with a cocktail overlooking Cabot Square, move inside when the night builds and let the sound system do the rest. First Floor Bar & Heated Garden Terrace Nestled in Cabot Square and overlooking the fountain with the Canary Wharf skyline beyond, the first floor bar and heated garden terrace is a destination in its own right. Superfan is the songwriting veil of Kali Priya Flanagan, Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist and producer. Initially imagined as a solo act, ambitious string arrangements crafted in collaboration with cellist Omeed Almassi have come to define Superfan’s noisy and magnetic pop soundscape. Having just signed with London based label AD 93 (Joanne Robertson, YHWH Nailgun, Dagmar Zuniga), the three recent singles — “Miss W Jones,” “Apeiron (Fantasy Football),” and “Picture Of Return” — mark the birth of “Acousticello.” With newfound security and unencumbered vision, Kali trades literalism for fragmented, impressionistic lyricism, channeling love-torn ballads through obscured imagery and literary fluency that reflect a deeper confidence in both his words and his voice. Kali cites albums such as Ryuichi Sakamoto’s 1996, The Sea and Cake’s Parasol, Cat Power’s The Greatest, Low’s Trust, Sigur Rós’s Hvarf/Heim as inspiration, alongside the vocal stylings of Elizabeth Fraser, Beth Gibbons, Rufus Wainwright, and Harriet Wheeler of The Sundays. His signature guitar tone, brooding voice, and knack for impactful live arrangement have led to co-writing/production, covers, and live performance cameos for the likes of Operelly, Jordan Patterson, and Quiet Light. In addition to having opened up for The Strokes at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, via direct invitation from superfan Julian Casablancas, Superfan has played shows with Quiet Light, Knifeplay, Kath Bloom, Horsegirl, Userband, Samba Jean-Baptiste, Zoh Amba, PARKiNG, Brittle Brian (of @), Tiberius B, Autobahn, untitled (halo), voyeur, Birdfeeder, Racing Mount Pleasant and countless other tastemakers.
