About Lighthouse Beach

Lighthouse Beach is a sandy and rocky shore behind Paphos Archaeological Park, below the lighthouse. The open western outlook makes it an attractive place to watch the evening light over the sea, while the lighthouse adds a recognisable backdrop. The coastal walkway connects this part of Paphos with the harbour area and continues towards Venus Beach, giving a beach visit the option of a longer waterside stroll. A café and children's play area sit by the shore. Rocky sections mean it is worth checking the conditions and local signs before going into the water.
