About Two Moors Way — Chagford to Drewsteignton

A short, easier Two Moors Way stage along the Teign towards the Castle Drogo gorge. Distance: approximately 4 miles. Terrain/difficulty: The official route describes this as a very easy stretch. Waymarking is limited on remote moorland sections; the route organisation recommends carrying and being able to use a map and compass. Start in Chagford using the official section map. Use legal town parking/public transport; arrange return from Drewsteignton. Check current access, parking and any transport or managed-site charges before travelling.
